Home was exactly as described, very cozy and suited our needs perfectly. Kerry Ann was an amazing host, super helpful and responsive! The location was perfect, as we were there for my son’s tournament at Rotary Park. The neighborhood was so peaceful and the hot tub was a bonus! Would definitely stay again. This is everything you look for in an Air BnB. PLace is huge, clean, close to everything , like food and casinos. I can't emphasize enough on how clean this residence is. Directv came in clutch as we saw some sporting events when we were relaxing. I would book this location when I am back in this vicinity. Also, the parking is perfect and I have to add the surround sound for a movie is amazing!

Everything was great with this house, it was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. My team had plenty of room in this very well-organized home. We booked this house due to its close location to our project. Our duration was approximately two months with absolutely no issues. The host was very communicative, answered any questions with kindness, and was very understanding about our business there. To me that is great customer service, in most places you will never hear from anyone. Defiantly Would recommend this house to everyone. Thank you so very much for your hospitality. Absolutely loved this property! It was beautiful, clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, there were bidets in each in bathrooms and blackout shades all throughout the house! It was safe, close to the water and many restaurants. Adam was very responsive and kind. Ice machine was a nice touch! Will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a long term stay, and had a great experience! Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra sheets, towels, etc. House had everything we needed to cook, as well as extras including coffee bar, and water bottles. The house was clean and taken care of. The pool and views were great, and neighborhood very quiet. Highly recommend, and would stay again!

A great stay! Perfect fit for my family of 5 and a great retreat during the soccer tournament. Huge common area with plenty of seating. My kids loved the pool/game room with additional lounging space. Kitchen had everything you need. The house is super clean and updated. And the host is very responsive. Quiet street. And so so close to the rotary park. Will be back next year!

We would rate Evolve's place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful house.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jannette’s beautiful home near the river, and it was truly an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings and the stunning views of the water. The house itself was immaculate and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was stylish and modern, yet it maintained a cozy, homey feel. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were spacious and inviting. Jannette is an exceptional host, providing clear communication and was incredibly accommodating to my family's needs, which we appreciated very much. Overall, our stay at this river view home was nothing short of perfect. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with beautiful scenery in a comfortable, well-maintained home, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

this place was the best. the host thought of everything. it was so quiet at night we had the best night sleep. the house was so clean and so nice. we really enjoyed our stay.

This was our fifth time at Adam's place. It is an amazing property with so many amenities. It is extremely clean with everything that you can think of provided and then some extras. It feels like home away from home. They now have an outdoor table with a fire pit. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the river. They have most things you would need for the river. It is also close to several good restaurants, golf courses and the casinos. Adam and family go above and beyond to ensure everything about your stay is 5 star. They are willing to help out with anything you request or need. They accept feedback and are always willing to help and listen to suggestions. It is truly a pleasure to stay at this property. They are very responsive, Being able to use the garage and have an opener is also a plus. We hope to visit again when we are in the Bullhead City area. You will be extremely pleased if you book this location.

This was such an amazing experience. The house and host were very welcoming. Everything was immaculate. It felt just like we were at home. Location was perfect because we were so close to so many places. Definitely would rent again if and when i come back to Arizona.😁 can’t thank them enough

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

This house was great and very spacious. Tammy responded very quick and family friendly. (The only thing) that we wish would had been better was the main living room tv service which left us not able to watch tv in the living room for everyone to see and spend time watching. Over all great location with Walmart being less than 5 minutes. Definitely a house I would come back too.

Justin’s place was just what I was looking for. A nice big, clean kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful outdoor deck. The air conditioning was nice and cold as well. I also liked that I could park my vehicle inside the gate. Justin was always very responsive if there was an issue. I would definitely go back.

A family get away here was definitely what we needed this home was very open and had enough room for about seven of us. We enjoyed our view and the place itself very clean . Only issue we had was a shower in the master bedroom with the water not turning on but surly enough we got it to work nothing negative !!

House was great for a weekend stay. Right on the water, private dock houses a boat and wave runners. House was clean and well stocked. Ryan was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Thanks for hosting us! We’d love to come back!
