Lake access is right on our property, so you can easily swim, fish, boat, paddle using provided kayaks, or just enjoy the picturesque view. Additionally, our home features a private pool (May through Sep). End your evening relaxing around our fire pit roasting marshmallows, or sit on the deck overlooking the lake.

Built with one bedroom in the 1930's, it's been updated and added onto over the years. A split floor plan w/two bedrooms on each end offers privacy, perfect for families or groups. Soak up the lake days with ample outdoor space on the porches and two docks. The covered dock has a slip reserved for your boat, if desired. Enjoy using our kayaks and fire pit.

There are bald eagles, turtles, herons, etc.. 15 miles to GSP airport and 21 miles to downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. (No pets, smoking/vaping inside, or guns!)

Spend a week or a weekend at beautiful Lake Greenwood in Cross Hill, SC 25 minutes from Laurens, Clinton, Newberry, and Greenwood, SC Water at the dock for your pontoon from Memorial weekend through Oct. 31st. Three rocking chairs on front are great for listening to the frogs at night. This home isn't perfect, (still have a lot to update). Please respect this place like it’s your home :) the WiFi is spotty at times as well
