The apartment is located in a very quiet street just 1-minute from Rue de Bourg and Saint-François (restaurants, bars, shops) You will find three supermarkets (Coop, Aldi, Lidl) within 2-minute walk from the apartment. All mayor bus lines & the metro station Bessières (m2) is located within a 2-minute walk and it’s just 3 stops to Lausanne train station. you can also walk to the train station within 10 min.

Vintage Lausanne

For a glimpse of downtown Lausanne, and the lively neighborhood of "la Riponne" you should check this place out. On Saturdays and Wednesdays the city market is right outside the door. It's close to the metro station and all sorts of shops. The house itself is a little old school I must say, but it has its charms. You will love exploring the city from this convenient pied à terre. You will have access to the kitchen, the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom, unfortunately I don't have wifi.

The spacious living area features a modern coffee table and plush seating arrangements with a large window allowing natural light to fill the room. A soft area rug is positioned on the wooden floor, and shelves are filled with books and decorative items.

Un magnifique appartement vaste et lumineux, calme, confortable et accueillant. près du centre et bien desservi par les transports en commun, 2 chambres, 2 salons, 1 grand balcon, 1 salle de bain, de belles pièces à vivre. 2 lits doubles et possibilité de rajouter 2 matelas d'appoint. Parking au disc dans la rue (toujours de la place) ou 15CHF la journée; sinon place de parking couvert possible (environ 20CHF/jour selon durée du séjour et disponibilités).
