Holiday rentals with lake access in Lausanne District

Private location right on the lake with beautiful views - great. Very small bathroom. Lawn was quite overgrown. But there was everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Clean, full of equipment, parking spot and view to die for.

We immediately felt at home. The house and the huge property exceed the description and the photos. Everything is there, everything works. The place is idyllic and quiet with beautiful views and a pleasant outdoor area, table and chairs in the shade of a tree, perfect for hot days. The home is ideal for people like us traveling with a big dog, because the property is completely fenced and offers outdoor space and shaded resting places. In a few minutes, you will be at the lake, where there are long beach walks. If you like, you can walk to the center of Lausanne. Our hosts were immediately available for any question, helpful and cordial. We would have liked to have stayed for longer and will definitely be back!

The house is truly beautiful and perfect in every way. Impeccably decorated with the most exquisite taste, Anne Sandra’s home is a jewel. Great open spaces, a large garden surrounded with the most sumptuous views on the Alps and the Leman Lake on one side and vineyards on the other. Thank you for a most wonderful stay with the family ! We look forward to visiting again very soon.

Christine was a very communicative host and kind when I had to check in late. The functional studio is in a conveniently located location by the train station and had all the amenities I needed to stay for a few days. I would rent again when visiting the Lauvaux region!

Ideal accommodation for a arrival in Switzerland while you find a permanent accommodation. It is possible to register with the municipality and receive your mail. The accommodation is really functional and has everything to live for the long term. The lake view is grandiose and the setting pleasant. Train stop- La Conversion 15min walk away. The bus is 2min away. The included parking space dedicated to the listing. Véronique was attentive and kind , however it is a shame that the small problems raised , especially the outside light that remains on at night have not been resolved during the 5 months of my stay. However, my stay went very well and I 100% recommend the accommodation. Happy hosting.

The two of us spent a beautiful spring holiday week in Arndt's apartment, which leaves nothing to be desired. It is practical and friendly, very spacious for two people. There is a fast internet, which is helpful for work and to find out about the area. Sitting on the small balcony with a glass of wine, listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the lake - wonderful. Lausanne is a very lively city that certainly has a lot to offer for everyone. We arrived by car which we could comfortably leave in the parking lot in front of the house. Our electric bikes were convenient to get around in the anything but flat city. Nice was the trip through the vineyards of the Lavaux and the return trip by ship. Arndt and Lucy weren't there when we arrived. But communication worked great. Thank you have a nice stay. Benoit’s home is lovely. The location is perfect for Lutry, transport links and the lake.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay at this unit. The place is beautifully decorated, very roomy, and offered great privacy. We joked often that we wouldn’t mind living in that place - it really offered great value for money. Excellent location, within easy walking distance to the subway, which made getting around the city very convenient. Ezgi is a lovely host, very accessible, kind, and a pleasure to talk to. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lausanne!

Very nice place and wonderful house

We have already stayed with Paloma in the chalet twice and we liked it very much and felt comfortable! We can recommend the chalet and the location is great! Unfortunately, we had to take a mattress with us again this year because our children are too small to sleep alone on the upper floor as it is only accessible via an external staircase! A warm beach cottage with a beautiful private garden. The cottage is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you might need for holidays with children. On foot you are in max. 10 minutes on the beautiful beach of Gletterens.

The Bijou is something very special at the Mortensee. The location is superb, the lake is beautiful and the Bijou comes with its own jetty Just perfect

Very well located cottage (2 min from the lake). Ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. I will gladly come back.
