Two smart TVs, 55in on the inside and a 40in in the outside screened in porch. New Cusinart 4 in 1 pellet grill (smoke, grill, and griddle). Two beds; a queen in the Loft(access to loft is by attics stairs~375lb rating) and a twin downstairs. There is also a large pillow-back couch.
