'Breesha's Cottage' is a recently rescued traditional Manx stone cottage. In Ballaugh Village just 50m off the famous Ballaugh Bridge on the TT circuit, with fabulous views of the hills above Sulby Glen. A beautiful spot for relaxing, walking, cycling or watching the motorsports. A local shop just 50m away and a great pub at the end of the lane . A lovely quiet sandy/pebbly beach is 2 miles away and great walks in the hills just up the lane to the glen. IOM tourism registered- 4 star.

It is the largest working water wheel in the world, and assisted in pumping water out of the Laxey mines. Located in the beautiful Ballaugh countryside on the North West side of the island, the character filled yet calm cottage is surrounded by open fields where you can watch the sunset at night and can enjoy an excellent view of the hills around our only mountain, Snaefell. The cottage is just a 5 minute drive to the village shop, pub, the TT course and Ballaugh Beach.

Two twin beds are in the second bedroom; a cot could be added to either bedroom.

Rose Cottage has been a holiday let since 2007. It is close to the historic village of St John's, rural countryside, Ballacraine corner on the TT course and the city of Peel and it's beach . The cottage has original features, a south facing aspect and has a very cosy feel. It is centrally located and ideal for exploring the island. The Douglas to Peel Heritage Footpath/Cycleway is close by.
