The studio is located in a green setting by the beach of Anse Caritan. It includes a former hotel residence. Ideally located in the heart of Sainte-Anne, it is 300 m from the village. All the most beautiful beaches are accessible in 10 minutes or less by car (Les Salines, Pointe du Bout, Cap Chevalier...). Walkers will be able to take routes to discover the island in other ways (Ronde des Caps...) Families with children will enjoy the garden.

All 3 have their own bathroom. But you will be blown away by the beautiful views of the sea and the village of Les Anses d'Arlet. The villa is completely independent, thanks to its surface area of +192 m2 you will not feel cramped.

Discover our 65 m2 F3 apartment on the ground floor of a house, ideally located in the town of Marin, close to the fairing and all amenities. The villa has got two parental suites, a lovely kitchen, a connected living-room with Starlink and a terrace and a private pool.

Nice and comfortable studio in a residence located on the Marina of Marin. The apartment is composed of a double bed, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen. Its covered terrace will allow you to relax and contemplate the wonderfull sea view. Its location on the seafront and its proximity to the beaches makes it an ideal place for your stay.
