Ideally located at 100m from shops and market place, the house is full of light and can welcome 7 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms, including one parental bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony with sea view.

Everything is designed to make you feel good in winter and summer. 7 nights minimum during school holidays. 5 days during long weekends. From Saturday to Saturday in July and August. Linen is extra. We welcome you to our Mersoise house, located in the heart of the historic district, with modern comforts while keeping the spirit and charm of the houses of the Belle Epoque. The house is located in a quiet area and close to the beach, mini golf, the skate park, the city center. You can get everywhere on foot. It is a traditional Mersoise villa of the 1900s all in height and staircase. Linen included from 3 nights (sheets and towels), paid option below.

Our house is located in the heart of the city of Saint Valery Sur Somme in the Courtgain district, a former fishing district. It enjoys stunning bay views from every room. This is a real fisherman's house, with a half-timbered facade and a typical staircase. It is quite narrow and we advise people with reduced mobility and young children not to choose this accommodation but do not hesitate to opt for our other cottage located on Rue Basse des Remparts.

The cottage is a 7-minute walk to the waterfront. Many activities are available to you, Mers-les-Bains is a seaside resort full of surprises... The 100 m2 house consists of 3 levels. Ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, separate toilet and living room with TV. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom with toilet. All with Wi-Fi access. The house is non-smoking free parking 150 m away
