Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Complete house for yourself, with private entrance. Many unusual things, like a popcorn machine, open-fire-place in your bedroom, an indoor terrace, etc. Some pictures may give the impression as if they are taken outside the house in a cozy street, or in the garden, but that's really just the decoration of the living room.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Tiny house "Petit Paradis" is quietly located but in the center of Leiden (old city) and can accommodate up to 2 people. It is located in the harbor area, close to the marina, cozy restaurants and city gardens and city parks.
