The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Planned salmon. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, tv room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

You live in a newly renovated barn with fields and forest outside the corner and with many attractions nearby. The accommodation is best suited for 2 persons. In the kitchen you can cook light meals. Stove, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment available. Smart TV with Chromecast and Soundbar with Bluetooth connection. Bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer. Sauna and an outdoor bathtub with hot water. 2 bicycles are included.

The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it is important to protect the ecological and local.

Our farmhouse is located close to the city in a small oasis in the Hovshaga district. 54 square meters designed to create a peaceful place close to everything. A stove that provides heat and light gives this studio a lovely homely atmosphere. The accommodation also has a large bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen that invites you to cook. Parking is available directly adjacent, shop and petrol station within 5 minutes and easy connections with both bus and bicycle!

Här kan ni paddla, fiska, vandra & cykla runt i vackert historiskt landskap. Golfbana med restaurang & skidbacke/downhillåkning 1 km bort. Segelflyggklubb 3 km. Kanot, två kajaker & cyklar ingår. Värdparet är ibland i stugan intill men utlovar avskildhet.

Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and an abundance of animals, we rent out a lake house directly on the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog/night. A boat (4.5 hp motor) can be hired for €50/day including fuel. You can also rent our ‘Guesthouse’ (see there) and ‘Brygghus’ (see there), both with lake view.

Our cozy cottage is beautifully situated on our small farm in the middle of the Småland forest. The forest is located right around the corner for wonderful forest excursions. Next to the house there is a pond where you can swim. Cozy beach with sun loungers that you can enjoy in nice weather. The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.
