The result is Tyven — an 80 sqm boutique cabin with a large window overlooking Mjøsa — Norway's largest lake — from the kitchen. Featured in National Geographic Traveller. Private jacuzzi, two full bathrooms, and peace and privacy in Mjøsa's natural surroundings. Kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom on the first floor — living room and two bedrooms on the lower floor. Well thought out down to the last detail, 30 minutes from Gardermoen.

The old summer barn of Hovelsrud Gård is idyllically located between Mjøsa and a rolling cornfield – a simple and unique place for those who want to get close to nature and enjoy the tranquillity of Helgøya. The house is best suited for a couple or a small family with up to two children. Inside, there is a bedroom and an open-plan living room. Outside there is a kitchen counter, with a gas burner and barbecue, a small beach with swimming opportunities and an outdoor toilet. There is no electricity.

Einafjorden offers good fishing experiences in both summer and winter – a perfect place for relaxation and nature days. It is possible to rent a small motor boat.

We have renovated the old boy living room on the farm, and rent it out for short and longer stays. The place is best suited for 2 adults, or a family with 2 smaller children. The residence is located in the courtyard, but still shielded. It is a short walking distance to Mjøsa, you walk down in 5 minutes. You can swim there. The Pilgrim's Way goes right past the farm, and there are many other nice hiking opportunities by bike and on foot.
