Room for 8 people. In 2 of the bedrooms there are 120 beds in the guest room, a sofa bed with room for 2 people. The master bedroom also contains a 180 bed. The area is quiet and there are walking paths. 2 bathrooms with shower. Also a trampoline.

Our house lies only 50 m from lake Aspen and has a stunning view over it. The house has three floors where the first holds a pretty large kitchen with a dining area. Here is also the living room with sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and close to them a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and a bath tub.

Welcome to our house in central Lerum! To Gothenburg, it takes about 20 minutes by car. Single-story house with large terrace and fenced plot, perfect for both children and pets. Lerum center is 800 meters away, where there are shops, restaurants and the train station that will take you to Gothenburg or Alingsås. Swimming areas, exercise trails and nature are nearby. No parties are allowed in this house.
