It is very functional, bright and gives way to a large living room of 40 square meters with a fully equipped open kitchen (Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.) The bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room overlooks the street and the bedroom overlooks the courtyard. This charming two-room apartment of 65 square meters is located at the foot of Père Lachaise and benefits from large food shops and restaurants.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.
