Close to a beautiful wooded cemetery and to numerous restaurants on Rue de Sevran and Rue Saint Maur. Please note that this is the flat where I live :)

Our apartment has been completely renovated. It is very functional, bright and gives way to a large living room of 40 square meters with a fully equipped open kitchen (Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.) The bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room overlooks the street and the bedroom overlooks the courtyard. This charming two-room apartment of 65 square meters is located at the foot of Père Lachaise and benefits from large food shops and restaurants.

It is quiet overlooking courtyard and bright. This apartment is at the foot of the Ménilmontant metro station, a rapidly changing area with many local shops, close to the Jean-Pierre Timbaud, Oberkampf, Belleville and Père Lachaise districts.

Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. Le jardin procure un air frais naturel parfait pendant les fortes chaleurs de l’été. Il est extrêmement bien situé dans Paris, à 100 m du métro. Le quartier est familial, vert et trendie, un des plus agréables de la capitale. La maison permet de dormir très bien au calme car elle ne donne pas sur la rue mais sur un passage privé réservé.
