Stenhaga - house by its own lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Talludden village Årydssjön- Högstorp

Here, you can really relax and get away from the stress of the city. A home in a lovely red cottage right on Lake Årydssjön with forest and nature behind the house. Quiet and peaceful with few neighbors. Renovated in 2016 with Danish style with natural colors. Fishing boat (April 1 - October 31) and fishing license included, sauna and Jacuzzi indoors. Jetty/patio with swimming ladder where you can also enjoy a lovely lunch. Sit and grill at the wonderful campfire right on the lake with your closest friends and family on a summer evening. Welcome!

Welcome to this spacious and family-friendly house of an older character with animals and nature as neighbors. Accodommation: On the ground floor there is a big living room with cozy fireplace, bedroom with workspace, big kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with both a cot and a double bed. 1 bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Magasinet is a spacious, high-standard house located on the historic Grimsnäs Herrgård estate, surrounded by forests, open land, and protected nature. It is a quiet and peaceful place to stay, ideal for families or groups who want space, comfort, and easy access to nature. Two lakes and the village of Skruv are within walking distance through the forest (10 and 25 minutes). The cities of Växjö (30 minutes) and Lessebo (12 minutes) can be reached easily by car or by train/bus.

A place for tranquillity, family time and long days near the water. Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 100/per set. Final cleaning is not included.
