Cozy little house

Cozy little house, located on farm, Ål in Hallingdal. On the farm, in the neighboring house, there is a family of 5 + two dogs, and in the barn we have sheep. In April/May there is the possibility to greet lambs and experience paralysis. 15 min from city centre 5 min to 24-hour grocery store. 5 min to Ål ski center. 10 minutes to ski slopes in the mountains. The student union house consists of: 1st floor: hallway, living room, kitchen and bathroom. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms- # 1 with double bed, # 2 with double bed and single bed. You get the feeling and “alone in the whole world” despite 7 minutes to Fagernes city. Mindfullness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is power and wood firing. There is one bedroom and living room with sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from parking space to the cabin. Fjellgla tree house

Here you have the opportunity to stay in the top of the trees and enjoy the forest's tranquility and wildlife. Here you can meet bird life and squirrels, and there are good opportunities to spot deer and moose. During the summer months there are alpacas and graze around the treehouse. The cabin is 30 sqm. with a double bedroom and two double beds in the loft. It has electricity, hot and cold water, bathroom with toilet and kitchen (Note: No shower). There is a terrace around the entire tree top cabin. There is a fire pan in the outdoor area by the cabin.

Unique and comfortable stay with new views

Our newly built "sleeping box" is teikna and built by the inexpensive architects in OPAFORM, Espen Folgerø and Marina Bauer, and stands on the 2nd floor in a empty grain barn from 1850 with airy views of Strandavatnet. The box has a 1.80 double bed, but it can put in an extra mattress or cot if needed. In the barn that is located in the building next door, a kitchen, bathroom and toilet have been built. We offer a large double bed (king size). In addition, we can provide an extra bed and/or baby bed if needed.

Cozy cabin built with traditional architecture from the «Hallingdal» area. Excellent sun conditions, outdoor and indoor fire place, sauna, great montain view and a hand-crafted log annex. A great place for winter and summer activities: Cross country slopes and sleding hill just outside the door, ski lifts 10 min away, cycling and hiking routes, nearby mountain farms, swim in rivers, canoo available, etc. Eating chair, changing table and sleeping bed for babies/small children available.

Cabin at 800 meters above sea level in the mountain village of Vats, Ål municipality. Great views over the village and mountains. Hiking and fishing terrain easily accessible; a large network of ski slopes, bicycle and hiking trails. It is just 6 km up to the high mountains in Skarvheimen where you can see Reineskarvet and Hallingskarvet. The cabin is located on its own and there is a road all the way to it. If you enjoy quiet and scenic surroundings, it is worth taking the trip here.

Newly built modern cabin with a fantastic view of Hallingskarvet. Cross country tracks and alpine trails practically just behind the cabin offering panoramic view of the mountain peaks a few kilometers away. If you fancy downhill skiing, within ten to sixty minutes drive you have access to Ål skicenter, Skarslia ski center, Geilo ski center, Hemsedal ski center, Skagahøgdi skicenter (Gol) and Hallingskarvet ski center. Cabin is rented out WITHOUT bedlinen and towels.
