Clean and bright, a flat within a house with your own entrance, parking, kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower. All of it is handicap accessible and suitable. Access to garden. Please note: we live there too, away from you but you will be able to hear us sometimes. 2 adults, 2 teenagers, dog, cat & goldfish (quiet).

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

This unique space is huge, 500 sq ft!! and is close to Greenwich, Blackheath, The 02, Canary Wharf, City Airport and with a quick train journey to central London. You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, with garden and key-box entry. This huge space is about the size of 4 London hotel rooms and so is a bargain. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and families with young kids. Please read our 900 plus reviews.
