A lovely hidden gem in the city. You are surrounded by 1 acre of land with chickens and beautiful fruit trees. Parking is on the property what’s very convenient. We were a bit surprised that all properties in Shkoder are having high concrete walls, which doesn’t give a very appealing atmosphere. But to experience this area of Albania I really recommend staying at this location.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The views are absolutely stunning, and the fresh air adds to the charm. The location is very convenient, being close to the beach, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was very clean, and Roxher was incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond!! The area is very safe, with great security and a peaceful residential vibe. Overall, it’s a wonderful place and excellent value for money. Highly recommended. I loved my stay here.

We had a beautiful stay at Sabah and Sonilla’s place. The home is very well decorated, has an incredible view and very peaceful. The hosts were responsive, friendly and happy to provide local suggestions. They were also happy to accommodate our late arrival/check out which was much appreciated. Would recommend!

Mirjeta est une hotesse adorable. Son logement est très propre, bien équipé , on s’y sent bien. Mirjeta répond rapidement à toutes nos questions et se démène pour satisfaire les voyageurs. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Ik ben in veel BnB's geweest in mijn leven, maar nooit was het zo goed als het appartement van Besi. Hij is er altijd als je vragen hebt, het appartement was nog beter dan verwacht en hij is enorm gastvrij. zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die naar Shkodra komt. 10/10

Great location, near to the city center. Alfred was really generous and helpful and also let us use their bikes.

We enjoyed our stay at 5 Stinet a lot as the host was super friendly and helpful, the villas were very pretty and had everything you might need for a stay, the food was excellent and the quiet once tourism slows down on the lake was so relaxing!

we waren met 12 vrienden. alles deed aan onze verwachtingen en we werden zeer goed ontvangen. ook waren ze super vriendelijk en kwamen ze nog een zelfgemaakt albanees gerecht brengen. goeie en duidelijke communicate ook. ze staan altijd voor je klaar mocht er iets nodig zijn.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Stunning views across the lake. The villa was perfect for what we wanted. I’m sure we will return in the future.

Ina and Mateo were perfect hosts. Everything about staying in this Villa was perfect. For a group trip of 13 people, we found the Villa to be big enough to accommodate us without feeling cramped. The house was clean and we found the Villa to be very peaceful as we had no neighbours around. Ina was very helpful as she was always available to take our queries. From directions to the Villa, to helping with day-to-day needs, and going out of her way to help us connect with locals when needed. All in all, this is a Villa that I would definitely recommend for anyone thinking about it.

Als wir angekommen sind war die Unterkunft noch ein wenig dreckig. Nachdem wir den Gastgeber allerdings informiert hatten wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Putzfrau geschickt und uns wurde ein traditionelles Essen serviert als Entschädigung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We had a great time and are definitively giving a deserved 5-star rating - but please be aware of a few things before you book: - there are only 4 double bed + 1 matress + 1 small folding bed - even though there is some equipment, the kitchen is not fully equipped for 10 guests and a few extras are missing like doormats - a few things are not well thought out (some windows cannot be opened completely and the whirlpool function in the pool does not work) - we had as much mosquito bites as never before in our lives, so better come prepared :) Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay, as the pool and the living room were perfect as well as having such a close distance to the beach. We got also offered to check-out later, so thank you very much!

We stayed here for 2 days with a group of 10+ , Marina was amazing & allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier which was amazing as we had small kids, the house is beautiful and so spacious.she responds very quick and communicates well, we needed extra saucepans and she came to the home and provided within 2 hours. The home is in a private area & need a car to reach the shops/market (too far to walk) . Amazing home & amazing host ,would definetly recommend if in Duress !!!

The house is very beautiful and well equipped. The small inflatable swimming pool in the garden is a pleasure, but nothing beats the sea, only twenty minutes away. There are small mini-markets and fruit and vegetable sellers right next door. The host was quick to respond to our message and reacted immediately to the problem when we arrived. It was a pleasant stay.

The place beautiful, location is great, 1st row of the residential village. The host is great. Highly recommended.

Schöne Unterkunft, ruhige Lage. Mit Kinder optimal, da alles vorhanden und Garten für Spiele. Etwas abgelegen aber zu Fuss Strand gut erreichbar in 15 Minuten.

I booked here for my best friends surprise 30th and it exceeded all expectations!! First time visiting Albania and Ambra helped me so much with every question I had. She was so helpful, always answered every questions and just was so responsive. Never had such an amazing airbnb host. Recommend places to go. I needed a decoration company and she put me in touch with someone and it was perfect. The views are insane. The restaurant near by Pelikani is just also top quality service and food. All of it was perfect. The house was so comfortable. I have no bad points. My recommendation would be to do lots of research if this is your first time travelling but also book with Ambra as she helped with everything.. taxis, supermarkets etc. we had a small power cut as of a storm and we had an electrician with us within 20 minutes. You must come here!!!.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful new villa in the north of Albania. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication via Airbnb was very good. The villa is perfect for a large group or multiple families and offers a great view of Lake Skoder. There is a lakeside beach within walking distance, as well as cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. For groceries, you need to travel a bit further, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Montenegro is within driving distance and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean and relaxing vacation!

Serenity villa is part of “must stay “ category. The contemporary exteriors flow well with earthy warm colors and modern interiors. The villa is a peaceful retreat on the top of the hill with a marvelous view of the Shkodra Lake. Benida and Pikhost very commutative, we needed charcoal for the grill and they responded right away, the maintenance guy (Isa) was so helpful. Definitely will return to this vila. WOW! Wat hebben we genoten van ons verblijf bij Artur! Super fijne communicatie en we werden meteen opgehaald van het vliegveld. Bij aankomst wachtte een heerlijk ontbijt op ons. Het huis zelf was prachtig: rustig, groen en elke avond een zonsondergang als cadeautje. Het zwembad was top, de kids hebben ervan genoten, ook al was het in oktober natuurlijk wat frisser. Na een dag Albanië ontdekken was het heerlijk om even te relaxen aan het zwembad. De kamers waren netjes, bedden lagen heerlijk, en goede stevige kussens. We mochten hun twee auto’s gebruiken, één kon zelfs omgebouwd worden tot 7-zitter—super handig! Enkele bezienswaardigheden op korte afstand (ca. 30 / 45 min.) Mini Market (ca. 5 min.) Ook hebben we twee keer een heerlijk ontbijt en diner gehad, restaurantwaardig en met hun eigen wijn erbij. Al met al echt een plek waar we zeker terug willen komen. Onze jongste dochter (7) heeft immers een belofte gedaan, we komen graag nog een keer terug! Artur en je vrouw erg bedankt!
