The Feu Follet studio is located on the first floor in a very quiet private residence. You have at your disposal a balcony as well as a private terrace without vis-à-vis on the ground floor of 20 m² which, at nightfall, will offer you a touch of romance by lighting up. Very well located, you can forget about your vehicle and make your trips on foot or by bike. The ocean is 300 m away. The beach, port and its shops as well as bike paths are 700 m away.

The 'little house' is on the same plot as the house we live in all year round. A map in the photo gallery will give you an overview. The beautiful beach of Luzéronde is a 5-minute walk away and a few steps away, the salt marshes offer opportunities for walks, on foot or by bike. The port of Herbaudière is a 10-minute bike ride or 3-minute drive away. Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, Le Vieil and Bois de la Chaise are +/- 10 minutes away by car.
