Small house on one level at the end of a garden composed of a bright living/dining room/ kitchen and a bedroom with dressing room, a shower room and a small fenced garden area that can accommodate a family , and animals. Everything was refurbished for optimal comfort and rest. The accommodation is located 50 m from the beach, close to all amenities ( bar, supermarket, tobacco press , etc. ), and a few meters from the fishing and boating port of L’Herbaudiere.

Beautiful recent house, ideally located in a cul-de-sac , 500 m from the beaches ( La linière et les lutins ) and the port of l 'Herbaudière. You just have to park your vehicle and use the 4 bikes available to use the paths and bike paths . Many shops and restaurants are present on the port (5 minutes' walk).
