Just outside Åsarp with an unobstructed location is this newly built, nice apartment that was ready in 2021. The apartment is located on the second floor in a garage/storage building on the property. The accommodation is good for an overnight stay or perhaps as a base if you want to visit the surroundings of Falbygden - north and in Ätradalen - south. The natural location provides peace and quiet while it is only 600 meters to the nearest grocery store, which is centrally located in the village!

Here you are warmly welcome to relax for one or more days by yourself, with friends or family. Enjoy the tranquillity on the patio right by the Tidan River, where you can also fish directly from the patio. We have two canoes available to borrow, which can take you out on an adventurous trip on the Tidan River – perfect for taking a picnic basket and paddling to Lake Nässjön. There is a barbecue area by the cabin where you can grill a sausage or something else tasty. Beautiful natural surroundings for hiking right next to the cottage, as well as a nearby nature reserve.

Do you want to come to the tranquility in the middle of nature? A rural idyll of about 90 sqm, detached property with kitchen, bathroom, living room, three bedrooms as well as a sunroom and terrace. There is a possibility to rent a hot tub for an additional cost. On the farm, we also run a restaurant with various events during the summer. Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it's important to protect the ecological and local environment.

At the back of the house there is a wide balcony where you can view the meadows, pine forests and a small pond, some days wild animals will come out to graze such as deer family, moose, hare. There are forest areas that are safe to walk for you. If you love hiking, cycling or jogging, this is the place for you .The wide area free parking in front .There are supermarkets and transportation only 4-5 minutes drive.

Huset är på 90 kvm fördelat på två plan. På första våning finns ett fullutrustat kök, matsal, hall, badrum med dusch, groventre med tvättmaskin och torktumlare samt ett sovrum med två ställbara enkelsängar. På övre plan finns ett stort allrum med en härlig takhöjd som är öppet upp till nock, en stor soffgrupp, ett skrivbord, ett matbord och tre enkelsängar. I allrummet finns det plats för de fyra extrasängarna som lämpar sig bäst för barn. På andra plan finns ett sovrum och en garderob.
