The best place in north Bali !

A nice place to stay. The main house is so homey. we can cook and make a coffee. Surprisingly, it was included breakfast. Widi was no nice and helpful. He also guided us to some places that were nice to visit. He also introduced the local food like Nasi Cawuk .

We had a brilliant stay at House of Hobbit, and would definitely recommend staying here to explore North Bali. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was easy to organise transport, snorkel trips, and anything else we needed. We were also given a great recommendation for a nearby beach club, and got the opportunity to go along to a religious ceremony, which was a brilliant experience. It is worth hiring a scooter (which you can do at the hotel for a very reasonable price) to explore the local area as the main beach and restaurants are a 15/20 minute ride away. Quick tip: When we got a lift back to southern Bali we were also given the option to stop off at interesting sites along the way for no extra cost (other than entrance fees) so had we not already been on a tour from Ubud we definitely would have done this - it would have been much more economical, time efficient and personalised. Deze homestay is een juweeltje! Wel wat lastig te vinden vanwege geen bord aan de buitenzijde... maar het is een prachtig complex met 2x3 2-persoonskamers aan weerszijden van een heerlijke, grote, goed onderhouden tuin met prachtige bomen. De kamers zijn schoon en ruim. Kastruimte en tafel en stoel handig om wat spullen kwijt te kunnen. De badkamers wel wat gedateerd. Toilet met verweerde bril, deur bleef niet gesloten en leuke buitendouche komt nauwelijks water uit. Elke kamer heeft een leuke veranda met zitje. Een heerlijk ontbijt naar keuze wordt vers bereid door de gastvrouw en geserveerd in de mooie tuin op het gewenste moment. Room delivery kan ook. Voor diner zitten er op enkele minuten lopen twee resort-restaurants langs het strand en verschillende warungs langs de doorgaande weg. Bij het complex zit ook een duikschool, die duik- en snorkeltrips verzorgt naar Menjangan Island. Een goed verzorgde trip tegen een goede prijs, met hele vriendelijke staff!!

Really loved the stay! Really nice Frodo room with the hobbit vibes. The guys were friendly and very helpful! Also the people in the neighborhood were very helpful! Love to come back!

Zeer aangenaam verblijf, Kesi en haar familie hebben hun uiterste best gedaan om alles naar wens te vervullen. Scooters geregeld, boottocht,… Een goed ontbijt met lekkere pannenkoeken en haar mama heeft ook een heerlijk diner voor ons klaargemaakt. Het huis heeft een mooie tropische tuin, warm zwembad. Ruime kamers met buiten badkamer. Zou het zo terug opnieuw boeken.

This place feels soooo relax and hommy, the host and Wafa are so helpful. I booked motorcycle and ijen trip via them. If I visit Banyuwangi I will definitely come to their place again

Great Hospitality, Architecture is beautiful, Breakfast and lunch options were top notch! If you are looking for a nice and cozy location close to Menjangan Island this is the place. Hosts also organised Snorkeling at Menjangan Island very easily and this was an amazing experience and which I strongly recommend.

Beautiful villa on the hill with a view ! The crew is really attentive and make the communication really easy with a private chat. We appreciated a lot this concierge service which allowed us to enjoy and rest during our stay there. Nice property to relax

This was already the third time that I stayed at Sumberkima hill and I love the style of the villa and the integration into nature🙏🏼 it’s really practical to have the restaurants and the spa around so that you don’t have to think about where to go and we used the 2 nights there to just relax, enjoy the villa and the view after 5 busy days in ubud. Thank you!

Very good place and beautiful view. Personal is amazing. We drink perfect tea and coffee, and we have very good vegetarian food in apartment. Bali we love you.

A great place, we were really well looked after, the staff are amazing and the location and house are lovely. The pool was fantastic and we really love the gardens. However, the road to the house is not walkable to anywhere, you really need a moped hire. Very basic cooking appliances, e.g. no oven, only 2 gas ring hob. Not a problem if you use the cook available. The upstairs bedroom is very tiny and has no bathroom, it really isn't useable if you need a toilet at night. For 2 people the villa was fabulous, the second bedroom downstairs would be great for family, 3 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is no inside lounge, we were happy watching Netflix outside and in the bedroom but with all the space inside, a second lounging area would be good. There's a daybed upstairs but it's very hot up there and you need to sit on the floor. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend.
