1910 Castle in Gagra "Prince's Castle"

The castle of 1910, one of the buildings of the complex of buildings of the "princely times", the same age as the foundation of the Gagra resort. There are several versions of who previously owned the castle. According to one of them, it is the guest house of Ilya Silin, a friend of Prince Alexander of Oldenburg. According to another, it is the house of Bulgaridt. In the 1950s, the building housed a music school. For many years the building was closed. We managed to restore it and preserve the stucco, staircase and add modern, comfortable furniture, and atmosphere in the castle.

The house with all the amenities, is located on the first line, 50 meters from the sea, which divides the grove of Canadian pine. Around the house, throughout the plot there will be an orchard, with almost all the fruit trees of this region. In the garden there is a brazier and a German mini smokehouse. A pleasant noise from the waves comes from the large veranda. Parking on site. The house has all the amenities for a comfortable and unforgettable holiday. It is suitable for both family and company of friends.
