Excellent lodging in chinese house. He is very friendly and always willing to help you. The breakfasts were delicious. The house has all the comforts and also lend you umbrellas for the beach. It's super close walking to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommended. Thank you !!

The location is unbeatable, close to everything, it is a central area close to the metro station, restaurants, shopping centers and very close to districts such as Miraflores and Barranco. Pachi is an excellent host. When I go back to Lima for sure I'll take the room again

From the beginning, communication with Carmen was very easy and helped me organize airport transfers. Mrs. Versi and Mary are very friendly and made us feel right at home. Nice place if you to stay at a quiet zone and the host is always responsive

It was a great stay! It is a very spacious, clean, and comfortable place. Since our arrival, Fabiola was very attentive and friendly. She gave me a tour of every space in the house, had staff helping when we needed it, and explained a bit about the activities that could be done in Chilca. It was just as described in the photos, and had all the necessary amenities, and a great pool.

A very good place to stay with friends

I felt comfortable, it offers the entire space just like the photos... nothing was missing. The bed is super comfortable, everything was very clean, the shower is perfect… Everything is conditioned for a good stay. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, the sea is close and the area is super quiet and safe. If you, or your companion like the photos in the mirror, the bathroom mirror complemented by its lights is beautiful. I recommend Julio's space and I appreciate his warmth throughout my stay.

From the moment you read the host Mr. Mirko was very kind , attentive and patient , a person who is always available to help his guests in whatever they need , giving us all the necessary information to make us feel at home. The place was very clean, well equipped and with lovely decor, which made our experience even more special.
