Holiday rentals with a patio in Lima Region

The appt has amazing sea views and views of the city. It’s the closest appt to the pool so easy access. The appt itself is very spacious and of high standard. Only a 10 min walk into the heart of barranco and plenty of shops and cafes nearby. I would definitely recommend Carlos place to anyone visiting Lima. Perfect stay! Thanks again!

The stay was excellent, Ricardo attended us too well, always very attentive and very amabale, I helped us with everything, even rescued us from unfortunate situations we had. The wonderful accommodation, comfortable, the area very good, all very quiet. Ricardo also helped us with transportation with a acquaintance of him called Mayra who was also spectacular in his service. I have no complaints, everything worked well.

Thank you Marcelo for being an excellent host, I hope to be able to return on another occasion. Highly recommended, especially since we were able to enjoy it in the company of our pet.

It was perfect location. Next to historical and traditional streets, very unique neighborhood. Just by 10-30 minutes walk, you can see a lot of important places. Near to supermarkets and restaurant. Very vibrant. This apartment has wonderful kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including rice cooker. The host speaks good English, it was easy to communicate. There are many instructions that can guide you to use everything in the apartment so that you do not need to keep asking the host. Bedsheet was very clean. The apartment is bright. The hist is helpful. It is a good price for what we got. We are happy with our stay. The host is also open to feedbacks and suggestions👍🏻

Cristina from the beginning was too friendly, her house was beautiful above all her bathrooms, we loved that the area is quiet with a lot of peace, finally that it is pet friendly leaves a lot to think about the quality of people who are for the love of the animals that is the most important thing. The beach is very quiet and Francisco was very attentive to any inconvenience.

Charming Mrs.Maria, the beautiful house, cozy with all the comforts and facilities. A few blocks away from San Bartolo boulevard.

The truth is that the house is perfect to spend a few relaxing days with family or friends , the pool is the soul of the house , clean , spacious , everything perfect , recommended , you have convenience store nearby , marine restaurants if you want and bread with chicharrón to eat at breakfast very close and rich .

This is place is beautiful and very safe. It is in a private community well guarded. The space is like the pictures. But because it is located by the each there is some damage to the house. We only stayed one night but it was PERFECT. Nice and relaxing. Pool is super clean. Communication with owner was great. Location wise , it is further away from the city than I thought. However there are taxi for a small price to get to the city. I would for sure stay here again.

The apartment of Renee and Marion is spectacular, overlooks the beach and the area is very quiet and safe. The duplex is spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and practically new. The kitchen and super well-equipped rooms. It is too incredible that each room has its own bathroom and additional has a guest bathroom, I think that Allow guests to have privacy in each space. I think the apartment can even be a success when the weather is more temperate because the environment is too relaxing. We will be back for sure!

Her restaurant recommendations were spot on and really added to our experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach—and the apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very cozy, despite being on a busy avenue there was no noise inside the apartment. As it is a commercial area, you have easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, etc.

The place is really lovely. I went with my parents and we had a wonderful experience. It is an ideal destination to enjoy as a family. The pools were spotless, the beach was safe and the rooms, very cozy. There was a small inconvenience with the shower as the water jet was too strong but it was not a significant issue. I would definitely recommend it 100%.
