The village has approximately 700 residents, most of them working in the town of Limassol, some work in the nearby industries and very few are farmers. Monagroulli is a peaceful village with two local cafes, a grocery/supermarket, a cooperative bank, a children’s playground and two playing fields for football and basketball.

Retreat & Club Edition Finesse - Located in a 200 year old house that was reconstructed from 2022-2024. We purchased it 2022 and we fell in love with it :) It is a unique Studio in an old house made of old stone in traditional Cypriot style with one sleeping areas, a full-equipped kitchen, one bathrooms. Studio is downstairs with one white stone terrace with a seaview .

Bosco Paradiso - Double Paradiso

Bosco Paradiso is an ecological complex of accommodation in the Limassol district in the area of Trion Elion. It has a total of 4 wooden houses in the forest, 3 of which are studios and one is a 2-bedroom house. They are ideal for peace, relaxation and escape in nature, with activities such as hiking on the nearby nature trails. The price includes breakfast products.
