The cottage is just off the seafront with one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and another large bedroom with two single beds. The fully fitted kitchen had a dining table with 4 chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The living room seats 5 and has a smart tv, a Bluetooth speaker and a wood burner. The pricing reflects that there is no direct parking. Swansea Council website contains detailed parking info.

This is a 1 bedroom cabin and is not suitable for children or pets. Vehicular access to this listing is via a farm track with 3/4 of a mile of VERY BUMPY potholes. Surfside Chalet is light, modern and beach-themed. Many guests comment that it's a real 'home from home' with everything needed. It was my first home so I’ve designed everything to be ‘space saving’. I loved living here and really enjoy welcoming guests to stay and enjoy the beautiful local area too. It is perfectly located to walk into Mumbles or around the cliff path to Langland Bay. Plus you’re only a short car journey away from the scenic areas of natural beauty that Gower has to offer.

Ideal for surfers and walkers, small, but perfectly formed with all the romance of a live aboard by the seaside. This land locked chalet has everything you could possibly need, tucked away between the Mumbles Cricket Club and the world famous Wales Coastal path. Direct Private access to the Coastal Path nearby, at the top of the road for Guests and Residents.

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.
