Vintage House Gaios center

Family, or couples are welcomed at recently renovated ''Vintage House'' !!! Located in Gaios village, within a few minutes' walk from restaurants and bars and a 5-6-minutes from the nearest beach ! The self catering accomodation of Vintage House consists of two A/C separate bedrooms (a double and a twin one) and one bathroom. There is a seating/living room area with sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Air conditioning, fridge, stove ,TV.

Villa Ysé

One hundred meters from the small beach of Gaios, this charming newly built house is located in the village with all its entertainment, restaurants, cafes and shops, while being set back enough to feel quiet. Consisting of an apartment on the 1st floor and 3 single bedrooms on the ground floor, it allows occupants to be independent of each other. Its courtyard, open to the hundred-year-old olive trees, is an invitation to relaxation or conviviality.

Emilia I Apartment is on the first floor above a supermarket at the top of Gaios high street. The apartment is perfect for couples or a party of 4 wanting to be close to tavernas, shops and the sea. It is spacious with a fully-equiped kitchen and a separate sitting room and dining area. The views from the front balcony are over the rooftops of village houses and to the umbrella pines of St. Nicholas island.

Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.

Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο στούντιο (ενιαίος χώρος) στο κέντρο του Γαΐου στους Παξούς, ευάερο και ευήλιο, με εσωτερική σκάλα για πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα-βεράντα. Η ανακαίνιση βασίστηκε στη διατήρηση του παραδοσιακού στυλ αναδεικνύοντας τα φυσικά υλικά: πέτρα, ξύλο, σίδερο.
