Villa holiday rentals in Limón Province

This place is a paradise. Off the beaten track in the supremely beautiful surrounding forested hills. The accommodation accentuates the tranquillity of the surroundings, with everything thoughtfully designed. Spotless and very comfortable, we had a very happy stay here. Matt and Megan were very helpful and welcoming. You can tell that they love the place and have made beautiful accommodations and gardens. We also loved the pool and pool area, again very nicely furnished. We saw Toucans, humming birds, frogs and Crested Guans. It was so peaceful. There was one other family staying in the nearby stand alone villa next door during part of our stay and there was plenty of space and privacy to share the gardens and pool. There is plenty to do in the local area like Nauyaca Waterfalls and Dominical is close by. We were tempted to bring our robust 2x4 car but we were glad we listened to the advice to have a 4x4 as the driveway needs it. All in all great value and a real highlight. Thank you!

A bit of an adventure to find the space, as the property is off the beaten path a bit… but it’s what we were looking for: a beautiful, serene getaway! Olga provides detailed instructions to find the home, and is just a phone call away in case you have any questions. Incredible views from the balconies and infinity pool made for the best sunsets over the jungle and ocean! Toucans can be seen flying overhead throughout the day, as well as many other birds and animals! Very special property!

Casa práctica para ir en familia, buena distribución y una cocina que te invita a usarla... Zona privada, adónde se respira paz y tranquilidad rodeado de arboles y animales. Lo recomiendo al 100% si vas con la mentalidad de conectarse con la naturaleza y descansar. Tomen en cuenta que al estar en una zona boscosa hay mucho insecto, no obstante, es lo normal en la zona. Esperamos regresar el próximo año.

Beautiful house ! Surrounded by so many plants and trees! I loved waking up to the sound of so many birds ! I would definitely recommend this place , but know that you will need a car to get to places like beach, supermarkets …

What a stunning location and home! Everything about Villa Toucan and Villa Macaw was thought out. The outdoor bathrooms (beautiful!), the open kitchen and dining are (outstanding), the lovely, helpful staff (priceless)! All in all we had an amazing holiday in your home. We do apologize for the shift and widening of your driveway, following our transport getting stuck!!! You’re not kidding when you say a 4x4 is needed in the rainy season! But we had a healthy and active group of 15 and we’re able to walk the driveway on many occasions! Superb location that allows you to stay IN THE JUNGLE, but so close to so many great beaches and activities!

This place is a MUST!! It's sp peaceful we never wanted to leave. The town and beach was really close along with some gorgeous waterfalls! The hill going up was a little scary at first and you will definitely want 4 wheel drive especially if it rains but once up there it felt like you was in the middle of the jungle but mins away from society. There was some electric issues when the storm came but Monica was so very helpful and responsive and they had everything you needed. We have shared this with all of our friends and we will be back !

We had an amazing stay at this house! It was very spacious and perfect for our group of 13 people. We absolutely loved having access to two pools, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including matches to light our birthday candles, which was a nice touch! The space for three cars was more than enough, and we loved that the beach was just 600 meters away. We truly enjoyed every moment here, and we will definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommended!

The house was more spectacular than the photos and that is saying a lot! Stunning views from every room, floor to ceiling windows and the most amazing sliding doors connecting the main part of the house to the patio and pool. Real indoor/outdoor connection and living. The 180 degree views of both ocean and jungle were literally breathtaking. The team were so helpful too and so responsive. Concierge service is excellent and they booked us fantastic excursions. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you

Absolutely beautiful place. Paradise Pictures don’t do it justice. Sitting on the patio having coffee every morning listening to the sounds of the rainforest is a truly incredible experience. Everything you need is here. There’s a small marketplace and 2 spectacular restaurants about 500meters up the hill. You can walk to them but you better be in great shape. I would recommend driving. Also highly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicle.

This home is nothing short of amazing. Amazing views, amazing wild life, amazing staff. We felt safe and welcomed in this beautiful country. A shop and two restaurants are just a minute walk outside the gated area. Food at the restaurants was great. Thank you Giovanna for sharing your beautiful property with us!

Great spot, loved it, lots to do and close to what we wanted to do at coast without quite the people or super hot temps of being right at the beach.

The host went above and beyond, very well in communication and made us feel right at home. Coordinated when we needed some cleaning done during our stay and assisted when picking up our vehicle took much longer than expected after our designated check in. They made sure we were able to find the location of the property since we came in the middle of the night. would love to come and stay again in the future.

Everything about this experience was a dream. The house is even better in person and the hosts were so easy to work with and made our experience seamless. They arranged our transportation to/from the airport and the rental car booking and delivery (which you will need), making it easy to immediately go into vacation mode. Highly recommend getting a private chef for a night or two - the food was delicious and locally sourced, giving an authentic experience. The shopping center (literally behind the house) had a well-stocked market and two good restaurants, Sibu and Scala. Get the traditional breakfast at Sibu - it was amazing. The hosts were very responsive no matter the time. The location is great - next to different beaches and central to restaurants, grocery stores, and other attractions. Waking up amongst the tucans and natural wildlife was amazing. This was an unforgettable vacation, largely due to the house and our hosts. Book this for your vacation - you won't regret it.

This is one of the nicest Airbnb that we have had the opportunity to visit. Adriana was great. The house was amazing, it had everything that we needed. They help arrange our private chef and server, which was delicious. The pool and the view were breathtaking. We wish we would have planned a longer stay and we will definitely be back!

We came to the jungle villa in 2018. We were so enchanted by this house and the beauty of its surroundings that we knew we would be back again. Came back again for my birthday this year and yes it felt like home!! The people, the FOOD in the local restaurants, and the beauty of this country is amazing! Looking forward to returning someday. We loved staying at this beautiful house right next to the jungle in Cahuita. The house is very spacious, surrounded by nature, in a very quiet and safe area. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are designed for comfort. We were a group of six family members and felt at home. We really enjoyed the pool, the outdoor terrace area with sun beds and picnic table, and the garden. The property also has a tennis court, which is a fun extra for family activities. Cahuita National park entrance by Playa Blanca is only about 5 mins away by car, also a supermarket and various restaurants and bars. Antonio and Paulette are very kind and attentive and we all left feeling happy and grateful. Highly recommended!

Disfrutamos de una hermosa y tranquila estadía en este hermoso alojamiento en conexión con la naturaleza. Mi familia y yo estamos agradecidos porque desde el primer momento la comunicación fue excelente, el ingreso y salida del alojamiento fue fantástico, ofrece mucha privacidad, la piscina es de lo que más disfrutamos, la casa es aún más bella que lo que se muestra en fotos, definitivamente esperamos volver pronto.

We had a wonderful time in Ojochal at Isabelle's house. It was a lovely cozy house! Just perfect for all of us! I would definitely stay there again.
