Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. Guests love the gorgeous sunsets moonsets, and wild deer; also the decor, location, and 800ft walking distance to the beach. We now have a wonderful relaxing hot tub to offer our guests, $ 50 fee to use during your entire stay. Lets us know if you want to use it, so we can send a payment request and unlock it. 'Silence of the Clams' is what we call this gorgeous oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king size bed and a sleeper sofa, has a full bathroom with walk-in shower and a full kitchen with its own dishwasher. The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside, enjoy the electric fireplace and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!

This extra large Sea Gypsy Condo is a ground-level, 2-bed, oceanfront suite with master bedroom and two full baths. At 825 square feet, Betta's Cove is the largest unit on the ground floor and offers lots of space for you and your family to enjoy the ocean view. You're just ten steps away from the sand or the indoor saltwater pool and sauna. The ocean and the D River are right outside, and it’s a short walk up the beach to the tide pools. You’ll love the comfort and coziness of our condo!
