This extremely charming place has been attracting people for thousands of years who willingly settled here taking advantage of the nearby lake, forests and river. This fact is confirmed by the discovery of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistory during the construction of the resort. With us you will rest and experience beautiful moments.

Red House

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

The apartment is perfect for a holiday or business trip for 5 people (extra bed for a 6th person). The living room has a sofa, TV and table. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedroom has a bunk bed for 3 people. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
