You have a supermarket in 2 minutes, restaurants and bakeries 1 minute, car park (fee per hour or day and weekend and night free) at the street. Tram nº28 passes just at 50m and metro Baixa/Chiado 10 minutes walking. Castle, churches, Praça do Comércio.... and all the great sights You can reach walking. Location, Location, Location. You are in Rua Garrett, the trendiest street in Lisbon! Just walk out from the building into the bustling heart of Chiado, where you can dine, shop and enjoy the best Lisbon has to offer. The apartment is very comfortable with a charming decor and very quiet, even though it's in the middle of everything. The building has two elevators and the apartment has air-conditioning (for cooling and heating). The subway station (Baixa-Chiado) is only 2 min away from the flat!
