Beach house holiday rentals in Lisbon

Absolutely loved our stay and loved the wonderful town of Ericeira. The location was amazing, wonderful views yet walkable to town and restaurants and everything you could want. The one thing I would change would be having a dryer. We stayed in mid March and hanging clothes and towels out just didn’t dry. Other than that it was fabulous 🤗

Sehr schönes großes Anwesen mit ausreichend Platz für eine sehr große Gruppe. Toller Blick in die Ferne. Leider hatten wir nicht so viel Glück mit dem Wetter, sodass wir den Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Es gab ein paar kleinere Defekte aber Antonio hat sich direkt gekümmert. Die Unterkunft ist zu Beginn etwas schwierig zu finden, aber dann super gelegen. Aber man sollte ein Auto dabei haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful time at Ricardo‘s place. It’s close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and the house is situated on a large property with a pool in the back. I look forward to coming back in the summer! Ricardo was great as a host and Pedro was incredibly helpful to figure things out and provide local recommendations.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home! Everything exceeded our expectations. The house itself is spacious, stylish, and very well maintained. We especially loved the cozy living area with the fireplace – perfect for relaxing evenings. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute drive to a stunning beach, or about a 30-minute scenic walk if you’re up for it. The outdoor area, though compact, is beautifully designed with a lovely pool and a perfect BBQ zone that had everything we needed. But what truly made our stay special was the host – she was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even greeted us with a homemade pie and kindly allowed us a late checkout. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We will definitely be coming back to this house – it was truly a perfect stay in every way! Highly recommended.

Ana’s place was lovely. Enough space for four people, the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with the essentials. And the outdoor spaces are definitely a highlight! The apartment is close to the ocean and the Center of Ericeira, so a lot can be done by foot. Ana was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Lovely to meet Jose and his wife who checked us in. House and pics as described. Clean and tidy. Bed linen and towels all crisp and clean. House has everything you need. Secure parking and safe for doggy. Lovely quiet location at the top of the village, fantastic sunsets. 5 mins by car to the beach and big supermarkets.... all you could ask for Pool a bit cold this time of year, only got my toes in, but can imagine its beautifully positioned for summer days.

Rita's place was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We stayed with 8 adults & it was very comfortable for all. This place has everything you could need for your stay including a full kitchen with all equipment, several spacious double bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning in each room, there was a beautiful back garden area with a swimming pool, sun loungers and a long table for meals outside. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor space. There was also a fantastic barbeque outside which we made use of and made lovely group dinners. The games room downstairs was an amazing touch and we had such fun using it. The location here was brilliant, it was about a 7 minute walk to the supermarket and lots of restaurants and the beach. Everything you need closeby! We would highly recommend booking this place in Ericeira if you are planning a trip there. Communication with the host was perfect, we will be back! We had a wonderful short stay at Vladimir's place. The location is excellent, overlooking the ocean. You can take a nice walk towards a viewing spot or take just 3 minutes by car to get to the beach. It's a great place to stay for a family who wants to enjoy warm and sunny days in Ericeira. And do plan to visit Mafra to tour the National Mafra Palace, a fantastic place to visit. A house is well equipped, well planned, and taken care of. Highly recommend.

This was an absolute dream house I deeply loved! Such a treat to enjoy this incredible home in such a perfect location in Ericeira. Gorgeous sunset views. Walkable to the beach. The coziest and beautifully designed lounge spaces. Great for working and studying or entertaining. Kitchen has everything that you need! Loved the dining room, sun room, and outdoor spaces. I’d move into this home. It has just the best energy and is perfect for families. Elizabeth is the BEST host as well! She goes above and beyond in catering to guest needs and is so easy to adore 🥰 I’ve stayed in all of her listings because I just love the aesthetic of her homes that she’s created and she is the dearest most genuine pure soul 💖 Thank you again for such a warm and wonderful welcome for this month I’ve had in Carvoeira/Ericeira! Pedro and his crew have thought of everything. It really is like a private villa in a luxury resort with extremely attentive service and a house set up perfectly for comfort. The pool is heated and lit at night. There is banana tree next to it. You have a juicer and a pile of fresh oranges at checkin. The bigger of the three TVs is 85 inch. There is a ski light in one of the three bathrooms. The only problem is that it might be hard to go back to your own house after this stay.

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

Видно, что хозяева дома любят его и заботятся о нем и гостях! За что большая им благодарность! Добавлю, что хороший серф спот находится в километре от дома, точнее 15 мин пешком! Для тех, кто любит простор, комфорт и красивые виды, вам сюда!

Leuk huis aan het einde van een rustige straat en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis moet je openen met een app en dat werkte zoals het hoort. Locatie is top, dichtbij strandjes, Colares, Sintra gebied en supermarkt. Aanrader!

The villa fit our group very well (a family of five on the top floor, a family of four on the ground floor and a couple in the garden suite). Nice to have 3 ensuites for the adults! All brand new and feather bedding plus AC was great. Pool a bit cold, but we braved it. We liked the host’s guide- the walk on the reserve was beautiful, highly recommend Balagan for a sunset meal in Ericeira and O Pescador was very sweet for a Sunday lunch. We’d add Emme for an upscale dinner in nearby Santa Isidoro and a day trip to Mafra (15 mins) for the palace & quaint rural museum enroute. (We also enjoyed Sintra and Cascais further afield.) We surfed with Blue Ocean which was a bit chaotic for the kids (very busy) so def only recommend for teenagers. Overall really happy with the stay. The house was a great base to discover Ericeira and surrounding areas.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Portugal! The location was absolutely perfect, with the house being able to comfortably accommodate our group of 10. We were delighted to find that the beach was just a short walk away, and the path leading there was along the coast, offering stunning views of the ocean. The combination of the home's spaciousness and its proximity to such breathtaking scenery made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Nilza is the greatest hostess. From the clear check-in instructions to the prompt and personable response throughout our stay, we could have not asked for anything more. The house is very centrally located, within walking distance to the train station and the Marginal. Nilza kindly recommended restaurants in the area and things to do. The large kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of beds and one bath upstairs, one downstairs. We received extra bed linen/towels on request as we stayed for 10nights. The water works perfectly fine, just know cold is hot and hot is cold :). The construction was not bothersome to us, as we were out of the house during the day. When my family got locked out of the house or the water was shut down due to a broken pipe in the neighborhood, Nilza responded within minutes and did everything she could to help. Also, the key to the front door works perfectly if you follow the instructions on how to insert it. Thank you, Nilza, for a wonderful experience!

We had one of our best vacations at this beautiful home in Magoito, Portugal. The house was even more stunning than expected—peaceful, quiet, with breathtaking sunsets and just a short walk to the beach. It was the perfect escape from the city. Our hosts, Chen and Ms. Yang, were kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Chen gave us great local recommendations and quickly resolved any small issues. When we lost power and Wi-Fi, Ms. Yang came personally to help. Nila, who came to clean, was lovely and warm—even with a language barrier, we understood each other. When we left items in an Uber, Chen helped us retrieve them. Uber is reliable and affordable if you're not driving, and the drivers were polite even if they didn’t speak English. We felt completely cared for and would absolutely stay again. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable coastal getaway!

We really enjoyed the peaceful setting and being surrounded by trees and nature. The pool was lovely and had excellent amenities next to it (shower, WC, small fridge & sun loungers). The host Pedro was very friendly and helpful. We will go back.

Perfect stay. Super responsive host. The pictures don’t do it true justice. Everything you could possibly need especially if you have kids. Fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything. The shed full of kids toys was amazing for my toddler. Walkable to the beach and some fab restaurants. Lovely bathrooms and modern bathrooms. It is directly opposite the train station so you do hear the train frequently. Didn’t bother us as it’s quite a relaxing sound in my opinion. Overall perfect location to get to Cascais and Lisbon easily. Lovely garden with sun loungers and outdoor seating. Be aware the sprinklers come on every few hours if you’re sat outside. Cute little bbq to. Highly recommend.

Incredibly beautiful and classy place, we loved the location, size and interiors of the house! Its a short drive or walk to Ribeira de Ilhas, many other surf spots are close-by. The house was perfect for accommodating our two small families on the two floors. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, the amazingly comfortable living room, a nice lounge, the outside porches, the solid bbq - so lots of place to hang out and have a good time. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed, they have everything necessary and come with great quality linens, towels etc. Also loved the plants 🪴, great detail! Katarina is responsive and all communication went super smoothly. Definitely a place to come back!
