Patio São Vicente is tucked away in the corner of the Telheiro do Sao Vicente square in a private Patio. The cottages of “Patio São Vicente” have been completely restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. The buildings are of historic importance. The 13th century original wall of Lisbon the “Muralha Fernandina” is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms. The corner turret is visible from the courtyard and can be accessed by the garden of one the apartments. You can sit in the quiet, shady patio at your own table, the perfect work or rest space after a long day’s sightseeing. The patio is a natural space for groups, friends or extended families to gather and enjoy time together, while still having the privacy of their own houses. “Casinha B" is divided over 2 floors, the ground floor with a small open kitchen, dining area, wood panelled living room with sofa-bed and a light filled bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is a peaceful space perfect for a good night sleep, sheltered with the “muralha” and completed with custom storage. Victor Lopes Explore the historic center from Patio São Vicente near the majestic 10th-century Mosteiro do Sao Vicente de Fora, the National Pantheon, and the Alfama district's famous market, Feira da Ladra. Walk five minutes to the Miradouro da Graça viewpoint. The 28 tram is steps away. Like most old parts of historical cities, access to the patio can be difficult for those with mobility issues. To get to the "secret" patio you need to walk up a steep ramp but the view of the church and river is worth it!

The “Casa do Caseiro” is a small cottage, located between the mountain and the sea, 35km away from Lisbon and 5 minutes to Sintra, in Colares Village. It's locatted in the heart of the natural park. It has a garden with plenty of space to rest or to have an enjoyable dinner “al fresco”. In the attic you can find the bedroom, and on the ground floor the living room and a small office with a sofa bed for extra guests. Here you can rest, relax, read or write.

Open house with a kind of bedroom with slidding doors under the mezzanine. There is a private heated* plunge pool with a sunny garden, the bigger swimming pool ( also heated* ) is shared with two other small houses, and also the owners ( me, Julia and our 13 years son ) ... that sometimes deserve to take a dive too :)) so its never crowded !! * In winter or colder months the water temperature in both pools don't go more high than 22-24 degrees

Price fair /per person. Terrace house with well-equipped terrace, inserted in our farm, which has another rental house and ours, reception. Each house has private parking, barbecue and lawn, bed linen, toilet and pool towels. Only the pool (5m/9m) is shared. Great internet for leisure/work and 90 Meo TV channels. Minimum 2 people and maximum 4. We don't allow unsubscribed visits / stays. Extra €10 per person for a meal or to use the pool.
