The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. Bed linen, towels, etc. are not provided for the stay, but can be ordered in advance for DKK 200 per person.

The entire interior of the home is bright and very well appointed. The kitchen is suitable for both cooking and conversation, and the living room on the 1st floor invites you to enjoy and relax. There are three good bedrooms and separate bathrooms and toilets. Pets are not allowed. It is 3600 m to the sea. The nearest store is located at a distance of 150 m.

The house is a few minutes' walk from the centre of Svaneke and only a few steps from the cliff path, and it overlooks Vigehavn. The house has three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds. The house is in good condition and features a kitchen-diner, living room, bathroom and its own south-facing terrace. It has good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove, and is therefore rented out all year round.

In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.

Gyldensgård is located on a hilly ground and our apartments are therefore not suitable for people with difficulty and wheelchairs.
