Tiny house "In the meadow under the hill"

On the meadow below the Ronov hill in the village of Stvolínky you will find our cottage, a former caravan. Come and breathe in the nature, run in the morning dew and in the evening enjoy endless romance under the stars and long contemplation by the fire. During the day you can wander the surrounding trails between the ponds or take a train trip. On the very border of the Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area and not far from the Bohemian Uplands Protected Landscape Area, you will have a lot of tourist destinations just a stone's throw away.

Hockehof

The old farmhouse refers to the local traditional architecture. The house has a really large land with lots of greenery and fruit trees. The garden has a beautiful view of the hills of Ronov and Vlhošt '. The listed house is located on the village green, but it has an enclosed courtyard, so it offers proper privacy and complete peace and quiet. There is a stream on the village square and there is a playground. Janovice is a historic village that is still on an oval medieval floor plan and the entire village is a village conservation area.

Luxury renovated barns with private wellness

A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.

Statek byl rekonstruován s důrazem na zachováni jeho historie. Příjemné prostředí lázní vybízí k procházkám i posezení. V okolí příležitosti pro výlety jak za památkami tak i přírodou. Skvělá dostupnost do Prahy (cca 30 min.), Říp, České středohoří, Kokořínsko. České Švýcarsko, Krušné hory, Litoměřice, Úštěk, Terezín, Žatec... a mnoho dalšího.

An unpaved road leads to the cottage either from Malé Žernoseky or Chotiměř. Cars of all brands normally pass through here. With a lower chassis, but very carefully, or rather not at all. There is a pergola, barbecue facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. Possibility to set up tents...
