The Stables

The original stable to historic 160 year old Telegraph House has been renovated to a self contained one bedroom guesthouse with new en-suite , living area and well equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, cooktop and coffee machine. The living area has a wood burner fireplace, table and chairs, sofa, television, internet (NBN) and French doors opening onto verandah. The property has a secure yard and stall for a horse - $20 per night - and plenty of secure off street parking for a rig.

We are ideally situated for those who need to break their journey. We are approximately an 7 1/2 hour drive from Brisbane and 4 1/2 hours from Sydney and we are located 2 minutes off the New England Highway. It is a fully self contained, air conditioned cottage with a large bedroom, separate bathroom, lounge & fully equipped kitchen, situated in a quiet rural environment. There is a local pub which serves evening meals Tuesday to Sunday and great cafes nearby in Quirindi and Willow Ttree.

Fully self contained unit on rural acreage only 15 mins from centre of Tamworth. Off street parking. Located away from main residence so privacy ensured. Main bedroom has a walk in robe. Spacious lounge room. A double sofa bed. 65 inch smart TV in lounge with foxtel. Main bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV. All kitchen facilities and a BBQ. Sofa bed is fixed as of 31/3/24. Pets are not to be left unattended in cottage. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine and a couple of beers on arrival.

Peaceful cabin in a rural setting 2km from CBD

Our cabin is situated on our farm and is set amongst the trees and greenery. We are 2.5kms from the CBD PO on a quiet dead end road. The cabin has all the mod cons for a lovely peaceful stay after the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You have your own private entrance and a carport for your vehicle. The property is a wildlife sanctuary so you can enjoy the birds that abound in the trees but please no pets. We have our own who we are happy to share with you during your stay.
