This is a Downtown Estate with Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna. Guest have access to a pool, hot tub, sauna, patio and grill. We have a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Gaming Table, Library, Piano and Sleeps 17 people in beds. Every room has a Smart TV and we have a Smart TV on the side porch. We are 3 minutes from all of downtown Hammond and 2 minutes to SLU. We are only 45 minutes to New Orleans, 18 minutes to Mandeville/Covington and 35 minutes to Baton Rouge. This is a golf cart ONLY community and we offer a 4-seat golf cart with the rental. Get ready to explore nature as you head over the bridge onto the island for some rest & relaxation!

Relaxing on the Tickfaw River at Butterfly Bayou. Bring your boat, kayak, or jet ski. The boat slip is within the subdivision, making it a quick way to dock your boat at the private pier behind the home. Plenty of places to explore up & down the river. Tickfaw State Park is upriver and there are four night clubs that play live music, with pier docking, & dining. Lake Maurepas is 14 miles down river. Manchac Middendorf 20 miles down river. You can navigate to anywhere from the house.

Located on Three Rivers Island in SE Louisiana. Leave all your worries behind and enjoy the relaxing experience at Our Little Diversion. Once you park your vehicle in the Three Rivers Island parking lot, you'll hop in our 4-seater black golf cart and start your adventure. We have fishing poles, a boat lift should you choose to bring your own boat, swings and outdoor seating, and all the creature comforts you need to enjoy your stay.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place to other surrounding towns. Walmart Neighborhood, Hardware Store, Dollard General and OLOL Urgent Care within 3 minutes from the house. Several Restaurants in Gonzales within 10-15 mins from the house.
