Holiday rentals with a patio in Livry

Very "COZY" accommodation but super well-equipped and arranged with its small intimate terrace (smoking), and especially its wonderful Jacuzzi; everything is perfect in this accommodation rather for adults and no children (stairs). Ideally located, both quiet and in the heart of the village, Romain is also very friendly. To summarize, I recommend it without moderation!!

we had a great weekend in this rental which is very nice and nice. there is everything you need. the little extra for us: it is close to the zenith of Caen, just the street to cross. we would recommend it without hesitation

We were hosted very well by Richard, who is very approachable. He advised us very well on places to visit and restaurants to go to. The apartment, very clean, is very pleasant, quiet and in a good location, the description is true to life. We recommend this rental which is located in a charming area where there are plenty of sites to visit. Jean-Claude and Christine.

We had a wonderful short break whilst visiting family in the area. The property is very well equipped and homely, but unfortunately we did not have the chance to enjoy all that was on offer due to being so busy exploring. The town is lovely and with easy parking outside the property, we were able to make the most of the location. It will be our ‘go-to’ for future visits.

The listing perfectly matches the description made on the listing by the host who is very responsive, he responds quickly, available, friendly and the exchanges are very cordial. The accommodation is ideally located, close to all amenities, everything can be easily done on foot, it is located close to the waterfront which allows beautiful and long walks on a daily basis. The nice weather being part, we were able to enjoy moments on the terrace and the merchants are kind and professional which is very pleasant. I would recommend the accommodation because it is very peaceful, it feels good, it is functional. Small improvements can always be made such as storage in the room to be able to store his belongings because even if there is a dressing room , the few coat racks present are filled.

We had a lovely stay at Nathalie's cottage. The house is spacious and tidy, but especially the view did it to him. From the spacious garden you look right at the old city, with towers and city gate, while you hear a babbling stream in the background. From the cottage you can walk 5 minutes to the city and to the castle. So as far as we are concerned, it's well worth it!

Incredibly beautiful house, the decor is beautiful. Everything was extremely clean with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Really hidden gem in the heart of Suisse Normande. The house is perfectly suited for a family of 4 who wants to enjoy the village and its beautiful surroundings. We’ll come back.

A perfect stay! The location is ideal, just steps from the sea, which allowed us to fully enjoy the beaches and beautiful sunsets. The house is very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. What a pleasure to be able to spend family time in the game room and on the pétanque court. Thank you for this unforgettable experience, if the opportunity arises we will happily come back!

Pleasant w end at Anne's. We had space despite the 6 adults 4 children and 1 baby. The place is quiet and beautiful. Anne was charming, understanding and available. The activities available, babyfoot, ping pong table, flechette game made the joy of young and old. Well-equipped and clean accommodation. Perfect for our w end with friends.

Excellent stay and really everything has been thought of. All right, all right, all right. Even the ice cubes were already there. We had a great time there. Just pay attention to the reference to the parking space, but next to and in front of the house it is fine parking. Small downside are the very thin walls between the three, incidentally fine bedrooms. Warmly recommended and an excellent place and base for visiting the D-Day beaches. Or a vacation of course.

Very good place to stay that we'll be back with pleasure! Jeanne was very nice, accommodating and the different check-in and check-out formalities were done quickly. Nearby tram and a private parking space provided which is a big plus. Free parking just next door if needed.

Magnifique. Studio in the hyper-center. Close trade, beach, casino. Very well decorated and functional. Our hostess was patient (sorry for the delay), friendly and discreet once all the information was provided. We recommend, oh yes!
