Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Best location in Älmhult's community with proximity to IKEA museum and IKEA department store.

A few miles from Ljungby you will also find Lake Bolmen which is a very nice lake to both fish and swim in.
