Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Time to relax in this cozy little cottage by a lovely lake in West Sweden. Between the sea and mountains, and at the edge of Kolbengtserödsjön: private beach, dock with sauna, kayak... The cottage of 32 sqm is completely renovated and comfortable for 2 people (double bed), possibly with 1 or 2 (small) children on the sleeping sofa, and is fully equipped. The cottage is located behind the host's house, but offers privacy, nature, a coffee table and outdoor furniture. Quiet, close to E6 between Gothenburg and Oslo. With proximity to both sea and forest with several lakes, you live in a quiet area 700 meters from the center. There are well-stocked grocery stores, authentic small shops and a beach promenade to cozy restaurants right by the sea. Good bus connections to, among other places, Gothenburg, Smögen, Lysekil, about 1 hour's journey. 7 minutes by car to Lyckorna golf club. 15 minutes by car you will find a large shopping centre. If you want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest and nature, you have nice hiking trails starting about 1 km from the property.

Charming little cottage from the late 1800s. On the first floor, you are greeted by an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen. Around the house, there is a large sheltered terrace overlooking the sea and a swimming area with a jetty. A small staircase up, you will find a newly renovated upper floor with bathroom. 15 minutes walk along the water into Ljungskile center and train/bus station and only 50 meters to 2 nice restaurants. A quiet little oasis with proximity to nature and plenty of activities in the area for those who want them.

Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

A small modern house with most of what is needed. The kitchen consists of a stove, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The toilet consists of a shower, toilet and washing machine. Separate bedroom with large double bed. A sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room with TV and wifi. There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.
