Newly built house + sauna, right by the lake

Cozy little house, 10 meters from the lake, 10 minutes outside Nora. Balcony, sauna, private swimming area, jetty and row boat. Sunsets are best enjoyed in the hammock on the jetty (summer time). The main building is newly built in 2021 with new and fresh kitchen and bathroom. Wood-fired fireplace. Open, bright floor plan. Large windows and glass doors towards the lake. Newly built sauna (ready to use), but outside and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area with proximity to the forest with nice trails, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3 km away.

Log cabin with lake view

The log cabin is located in the countryside in the village of Löa. The cottage has no electricity or running water so you cook in the wood stove, pick up water in the pump and use the toilet, just as it was before. If it is too cold to swim in the lake, there is a shower to borrow in another building. Refrigerator to store food in is available. On the farm, you can help feed calves, sheep and chickens and pick eggs for breakfast. Moose and beaver safari with the cabin owner as a guide can be booked. Boat, kayak and raft available to hire.

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Mona's cottage is privately located with nature on the doorstep at Lake Norrsjön. In the cabin there is a living room with a seating area and a sofa bed for two, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a smaller, well-equipped kitchen. The glassed-in porch with a larger seating area has IR heat and brilliant, beautiful views. Wireless WiFi is included. Dass as well as a shower with hot water are in a separate storage room. Floating dock and smaller rowing boat included. Dish soap, soap and toilet paper are available for 1-2 days.

Welcome to our nice house in cozy Lindesby. Large house with all amenities, lovely country kitchen (renovated in 2021), living room with fireplace. Four bedrooms with room for 6-8 people. Quiet location in small genuine village. Close to forest and swimming lakes. But there is also a grocery store and school. 20 km to the picturesque town of Nora. The house shares land with a larger house where the landlord lives. Perfect house for those who plan to move to Sweden while you are looking for your dream home.

Enjoy the 200° water views and spend the days swimming or fishing from the private jetty with 2 kayaks available for use. Pick berries or mushrooms in the nearby forest or walk on beautiful trails. Cuddle up next to the fireplace and enjoy the sunset before bed. In the winter, experience the white landscape, walk or ski on the frozen lake. Alpine or cross-country skiing in close driving proximity.

Lillstugan - the cosy cottage on the countryside

"Lillstugan" is a cosy cottage in the middle of Sweden. It is located just beside our main house and is integrated in our farm, which is situated in the middle of a nice little village called Löa. We are surrounded by fields and forests, nature is just outside. Lush environments around the streams, deep forests, meadows, fields, grazing animals and lakes mean that the bird life is rich (approx. 145 species seen by us) It is a fully functional cottage and mainly for up to a small family.

You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Majsan Stuga

Maisans Stuga is a small but nice cottage. It is idyllically located directly on the water. You can swim in the lake, go fishing, hike in the surrounding nature, cycle, read on the veranda directly on the lake or simply enjoy the view and relax. In Kloten, about 10 km away, there is the possibility to rent canoes or bicycles. In Kopparberg, about 12 km away, there are good shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, museums, ...

Gården är belägen ca 6 km norr om Lindesberg. På gården finns får och hästar. Runt omkring finns fina promenadstigar och underbar natur med svamp- och bärmarker. Ca 3 mil norrut ligger Klotens fiskevårdsområde. Närhet till Bergslagsleden. Badplatser finns inom närområdet. Avstånd till Stockholm ca 18 mil och till Örebro ca 4.5 mil. I Lindesberg finns tågstation.
