Coed Issa is a traditional cottage dating form the early 1800’s. Following a complete renovation it is now available as a comfortable and cosy eco-friendly holiday let. There are two lovely bedrooms each with a king sized bed, it can sleep four people comfortably. Bedding and towels are provided. The original house also houses a snug with log burner and desk, utility room and downstairs shower room. The new extension has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with exceptional views.

Spacious 3 bedroom country cottage all to yourself

Situated just outside of the picturesque North Wales village of Llanarmon-yn-Ial, in an ANOB Glandwr Alyn is an ideal location for outdoor pursuits or a country getaway. For cyclists there are great road routes or if you are more of a mountain biker we are 15mins drive from Oneplanet Adventure. Offa’s Dyke path is a short walk from the cottage, alternatively the village's community pub & shop is a 15min walk. Birdwatchers love watching for Kingfishers on our deck which overlooks the river Alyn.

Visitors are welcome to help themselves to fresh eggs every day as well as let their dog(s) play in the large 2-acre field! The nearest pub is the Rose & Crown, just a 10 min walk away & serves wonderful real ales and has a roaring fire! There's a selection of basket meals at weekends. Superb accommodation at an amazingly affordable price with fantastic reviews. Cefn Bach sleeps four. One double and one twin bedroom. Bed linen and towels supplied. Good Wi-Fi. Games barn with table football, pool table and table tennis. Bathroom on the ground floor includes a luxury walk in shower, heated towel rail, washbasin, toilet and shaving point. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated oven, hobs and fridge. A utility room provides a washing machine, microwave and ample storage.

Cosy barn conversion with woodburner near pub

A cosy home with underfloor heating, woodburner, fully equipped kitchenette, king sized bed & private parking. 5/10 mins walk to the steam train station, pub, canal & river. 1 mile from the centre of Llangollen which has many more pubs, restaurants & activities. Being in the area of outstanding natural beauty there are walks from the doorstep, but we're also only 35 minutes to Eryri/Snowdonia. The barn is not a big space, but is perfect for a getaway for two people. Everyone is welcome.

Just 14 miles from Chester and within an hour’s drive from Snowdonia. It can comfortably sleep up to three people (plus infant) by using the sofa bed in the sitting room.
