Javier’s villa is one of a kind .. the staff are great the maid was amazing washing my clothes always had the place clean when I’d wake up or leave or come back .. the place was safe and the view at night was a different type of view to experience !! .. if your visiting Medellín you got to stay here everytime I come back this is gonna be the first place I try to book

We were a group of 10 and the house was very comfortable. The Host is excellent and super attentive and responsive. The house is very central to go elsewhere by taxi. The Exito supermarket is half a block away and there is a variety of places to eat.

This is a large beautiful home with nice patios, especially loved the large balcony overlooking the quiet street. We had a number of people for dinner and everyone was very impressed. Great indoor jacuzzi with covered open skylight, large kitchen, charcoal barbecue, huge open living/dining room. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back and highly recommended!

Host was very responsive, friendly and the place was very spacious! Fit 3 families with kids perfectly fine. Would highly recommend. There were many places to eat around it, grocery store, drug store, a casino next door and night life is easily accessible from the house in Laureles. Great area, with shopping less than a mile away.

One of the prettiest places I’ve EVER BEEN. This private estate blends has a creek out back, beautiful birds, and even a treehouse. There is a huge kitchen, great dining / work areas, and huge social spaces make it ideal for both relaxation and productivity. The bedrooms have plenty of privacy, and the entire setting feels like a peaceful retreat. Whether you're here to unwind, create, or connect, this place is MAGIC. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property was ideal for our group of 10. Each of us had our own room, though not all had private bathrooms, which wasn’t an issue for us. Ana and her team were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations, arranging private transportation wherever we needed, and providing fresh towels daily. They were attentive to all of our requests, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only slight drawbacks were some mold in the showers and the need for newer bed linens, but overall, it didn’t detract from a great experience. Location 10/10.

Place is as described by the host and in a great location, surrounded by lot of restaurants easy to walk to places. Most important part of our experience was working with Carlos, Host is very proactive and highly reactive. He kept the place clean and up to date as if he is staying there on a regular basis. Very responsive and looking after our needs. I would highly recommend this place and our guy's trip was made safe and enjoyable at this Airbnb. I would come back to this house again in our future plans.

10 years traveling, and we just found the perfect Airbnb! The place is a paradise, full of animals that are super friendly. Gaby (one of the dog) will become your best friend. The location is 8 min from the airport and 25 min from El Poblado. Meyer is very friendly and will explain you everything. If you are looking for a place to rest, mediate, exercise and work. This is the perfect one. THANKS A LOT MEYER FOR THOSE 10 days!

The apartment is very beautiful !! It has an excellent view of Medellin !!! The common areas are very good and on the fourth floor it has a very rich restaurant and the pool and jacuzzi excellent !!!! I would return

The house is very well located and very spacious. It is a very safe area and walkable to many restaurants. The house needs some maintenance but the host is very responsive and proactively tried to resolve the issues we experience with the fridge and bathrooms. Daily cleaning is very helpful

This was the best Colombian experience you could ask for! The staff was attentive and help you get anything you needed to enhance your experience. The chef on site was also amazing and cooked us an amazing breakfast. If you have the chance to stay here I highly recommend it!

Everything was great The apartment had everything I needed: Fully functional kitchen I worked at the computer on the terrace Sleeping was good, because there was no strong noise Andrea is a very positive and pleasant host I recommend these apartments, I lived here for 2 weeks

Our stay at Daniel’s place in Medellin was amazing. It is a very beautiful property with a modern, elegant feel to it. The location is perfect for the Poblado are of Medellin. It is within walking distance of pretty much everything you need in the area. Daniel is a fantastic host and was very responsive throughout the whole process. We even had homemade breakfast by a chef, which was delicious, as an added service. Highly recommend this place. Our family had a wonderful time.

Excellent accommodation, everything was great, David is very friendly and attentive to any situation.

It’s a tranquil location around 7 minutes in taxi / Uber to Poblado centre. The accommodation itself is very well presented. I felt very safe here, due to the neighborhood and the layout of the courtyard. Communication with the host was very good. I would return happily and was sad to be leaving. When I locked my things in the safe accidentally, the issue was resolved within minutes. It’s in a residential neighborhood but there is a nice little cafe 30 seconds walk away. I’d highly recommend this place.
