There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. A cosy home with underfloor heating, woodburner, fully equipped kitchenette, king sized bed & private parking. 5/10 mins walk to the steam train station, pub, canal & river. 1 mile from the centre of Llangollen which has many more pubs, restaurants & activities. Being in the area of outstanding natural beauty there are walks from the doorstep, but we're also only 35 minutes to Eryri/Snowdonia. The barn is not a big space, but is perfect for a getaway for two people. Everyone is welcome.

The barn is next to our family home. We welcome families, business guests, walkers, couples and furry friends.
