This beautiful historic full of large Victorian houses can be worth a pleasant stroll. Cortelyou road is lined with shops and restaurants as well.

Nearby neighborhood with historic Victorian houses and flowery lawns provides a lovely walk to Cortelyou Ave, with lots of food & coffee options. I recommend walking on Marlborough or Rugby road for the best views.

Victorian Flatbush is the western section of the Flatbush section of Brooklyn, bordering Midwood, which is characterized by million-dollar Victorian houses. Much of it is usually now thought of as part of Ditmas Park. Boardwalk Empire and many other shows/movies are filmed here.
