We thoroughly enjoyed our family get together. The Jaw Barn has been beautifully converted. Fantastic location within a stones throw of the city despite being in the countryside. Would love to return.

A lovely converted farm building nestled in a picturesque location with far-reaching views of the loch and mountains beyond. Striking distance (relatively speaking!) to Oban heading south and heading north - Fort William. Top-notch food available nearby at the Airds Hotel, Port Appin and the Old Inn. Ralph couldn't be more responsive to messages and the on-site estate worker (and family!) couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

Thankyou so much for an absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. Great communication and excellent service all round, stayed 4 nights and only managed to explore a fraction of the glorious scenery. We had a great stay at the house. Everything was nice and clean and it has a front garden that gets the sun all evening which was nice to sit out in. Short walking distance to the centre of Oban too. Highly recommend!

An outstanding property in terms of location, style and comfort. Furnishings of a high standard and befitting the period character of the house. Enjoyed watching the changing patterns of weather from the comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. Duncan was a gracious host. Highly recommended.
