Converted Barn on a hill overlooking the loch

Bracken Barn is situated on a hill overlooking Cuil Bay and Loch Linnhe, with views stretching down the Morvern Peninsula, past the small islands of Balnagowan, Shuna and Lismore…and all the way to the Isle of Mull. Recently converted from an agricultural shed, it is now an extremely comfortable holiday home – a silk purse from a sow’s ear! The high-ceilinged sitting room has a wood-burning stove and with large picture windows, guests will surely never tire of the ever-changing loch views.

Secluded shoreline artist's bothy

Situated on a Woodland Croft on the shores of a sea loch, this beautiful timber bothy was conceived as a getaway for artists and creatives looking for peace in an inspiring landscape. It's also ideal for kayakers or walkers. The bothy is next to the host's artist’s studio which it is possible to see by arrangement. With rocky coast and woodland behind, and the sea almost lapping at the front door, this simple but stylish bothy has everything you could need for the most restful of breaks.

The Star Hut at Rannoch Station

Unique, single-room glass-fronted hut in a silver birch/rowan wood on a small hill, full of character with a spectacular view 25 miles to the East. Rannoch Moor is a place of peace and tranquillity, there is no noise (after the 9.05pm train) and no light pollution. Weather permitting, you can watch the stars and sunrise while lying in bed, see deer walking in the wood, experience being cosy in the midst of dramatic weather or listen to the dawn chorus. This hand built Micro Lodge is set looking out on LochLeven and the stunning surrounding mountains. Everything from top to bottom was handcrafted in Glencoe. Caman Stay is within walking distance of local cafe, pub/restaurants serving delicious breakfast, lunch and dinners. Also shops, tourist information and national trust are close by. Steading Cottage - 50m from the beach

Situated on the beautiful Airds Estate in Port Appin and 5 minutes walk from Port Appin's excellent restaurants. This is a 3 bedroom cottage in a 300 year old farm building. It is 50m from the beach with direct access to the beach. There is no public road between you and the shoreline - it's very private! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for hiking or skiing the mountains, kayaking to the seal colony or cycling and walking.

The Little House is a charming self contained cottage standing in its own grounds surrounded by its garden. The beach is within 3 minutes walking distance. There are plenty of local walks and many more further afield. The Little House is surrounded by farm land, with sheep and cows grazing. The entrance is through a gate and there is ample parking.
