Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

Loch Tay- Quiet log cabin, private hot tub & sauna

Birchwood Lodge is a log cabin just above the banks of Loch Tay and in the shadow of the Ben Lawers range of Munros, in Highland Perthshire. It features an open plan design with under floor heating. There's a comfortable double bed, shower room, private hot tub & sauna, gas BBQ, free wifi, DVD player, Sky TV with movies and sports & SONOS music system. We have a private beach with gazebo across the road (shared only when we are at our holiday house), and a Canadian Canoe available for guests.

The Bolthole is self-contained, luxuriously comfortable, beautiful, quirky and pet friendly. Nestled on the hillside of the market town of Aberfeldy, within easy walking distance of the centre, this peaceful guest suite offers a unique space to unwind and relax away from the crowd. Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Ord’s Loft - Old Town Historic Apartment

Ord’s Loft, situated in White Horse Close, is one of the most desirable and unique properties in Edinburgh’s old town. Positioned on the top floor of what was once the White Horse Coaching Inn, built by Laurence Ord in 1624, the loft is entered by the iconic steps seen in so many photos of Edinburgh. The outlook south over the courtyard is Holyrood Palace, Arthurs Seat, the Scottish Parliament and the Old Town while to the rear it looks up to Regent Road and Calton Hill.

The Bothy is a self-contained wooden cabin on the edge of our own woodland at West Cottage and Stables, nestling in the heart of Glen Lyon and at the beginning of many excellent walks and cycle rides. There's a double bed, extra bed, luxury bathroom, and wood burning stove. There's a hob, fridge, and everything you need to cook with, but no oven. We can put something in the oven for you up at the house if you need us to.
