A very well appointed Four bedroom property within walking distance of Midhurst and adjoining the common and local park. The preverbal 'Tardis'! Great accommodation, well appointed to good hotel standard with a mixture of antique and modern furniture, really looks and feels like a great family home. 3 good double bedrooms, 1 single, 2,5 bathrooms including en suite shower room and bathroom also with shower, well appointed with stone floors and tiling. Our lovely Barn is situated half a mile up a track in the Surrey Hills, on the Serpent Trail and a field away from the South Downs National Park. We were lucky enough to be recommended by the Times Newspaper (September 2026) as a place to stay whilst walking the Serpent Trail, so whether you are looking for great walks, visiting friends or relatives, or just want to escape it all, we hope you will love this place as much as we do. The town of Haslemere itself is a 30 minute walk away.

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!
