The entire facility is at the guests' disposal, including a sauna, garden, gazebo with a permanent barbecue, smokehouse, hammock, sandbox, free parking and bicycles. The cottage has 2 bedrooms in the attic, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. It is electrically heated and air-conditioned.

The estate is private, very quiet with walking distance (10 mins) to the city center. Dedicated parking space in front of the building.
