Recently renovated independent studio of 20 m2 in the basement of the main house, with independent entrance (bedroom and private bathroom). The studio does not have a kitchenette. Equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, piston coffee maker, kettle, tea. Quietly located on the banks of the Cher and 7 minutes by car from the city center of Tours, 15 minutes by bike.
